Introduction & 2D Chart

Through the main menu you can view a short introduction and select the language and bodypart.

The app is available in Dutch and English

the app contains all functionality for the foot, hands, face and ears.

3D Overview

After pressing the start button you will go to the 3D version, the 3d version includes all reflex zones, which you can freely rotate, zoom and pan around.

It is possible to tap on a reflex zone, which highlights the selection and gives you the name of the selected reflex zone

It is possible to rotate, zoom and pan around the 3D version.

You can decide to hide the current selection in order to get a better view of the different reflex zones and underlying reflex zones.

3D Quiz

Through the side menu you can choose to do a quiz(available for all bodyparts; feet, hands, ears and face).

Every quiz is unique, the quiz will highlight random reflex zones and lets you choose between four different awnsers, this way you have an infinite amount of different quizes in one app!

After completing the quiz you will receive a grade and get a list of (possible) wrong awnsers and see what the correct awnsers should have been.
The quiz is in 3D and will automatically navigate to the current selection, you are however still free to navigate(zoom, rotate, pan) in order to get a better view.

Select by symptom or system.

Through the side menu you can also select by symptom or by system.

This will give you an overview of the most common symptoms and all the systems

After you choose a symptom or system you will get background information, the function and for the symptoms also the possible background zones.

Only the corresponding reflex zones will then show on the foot in order to get a clear view of these.

search

Through the sidemenu you can also manually search for reflexology zones.

It is possible manually search for reflexology zones by typing in keywords
A list of corresponding reflexology zones will then show up, after selecting the desired zone, the zone will be highlighted and the camera will automatically navigate towards this zone.

Bones

Through the sidemenu you can also choose to view the underlying skeletal system and also choose to only view the left foot, right foot or both feet.

It is possible to view the underlying skeletal system, the bodypart and reflexology zones will then become tranparent, this will show you the relation between the reflex zones and the skeletal system.
It is also possible to only show the left side, right side or both sides at the same time.

2D charts

Through the sidemenu you can also choose to view a 2D chart for the current bodypart, in order to get a clear overview.

It is possible to zoom and and pan this 2D chart.
